Maywood Elementary School seeks to create a challenging learning environment that encourages high expectations for success through developmentally appropriate instruction and allows for individual differences and learning styles.

All adults MUST
have a current background check on file in order to participate in  school related activities . 

A new form must be filled out with beginning with each  new school year, starting July 01, 2018. You may print out the form and take it to the administration building for approval. 41 Williams St. 

The form is located in a link below, print it out and complete it at the administration building or your school.
